Arista 35 Condominiums Grand Opening was a smashing success.

On Thursday October 29th 2009 the Arista 35 condominiums held their grand opening.  All of the spectators were amazed by the quality of work, the views of Manhattan, the attention to the smallest of details, and the overall ambiance of the building.  Over 250 people enjoyed live music & light snacks while taking a tour of the premises with its high-end finishes throughout.  As the ecstatic crowd overwhelmed the building the feelings of enjoyment, relaxation and appreciation was apparent from the smiles and greetings from all.
